Service Depot provides a platform for connecting homeowners with service professionals for home maintenance and repair services. We do not provide the home maintenance or repair services ourselves but facilitate connecting users with service professionals who provide such services.
You may need to register for an account to access some of our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all content and other materials contained therein, including, without limitation, the Service Depot logo and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, and other files (collectively, "Content"), are the proprietary property of Service Depot or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Service Depot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the Content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by Service Depot.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SERVICE DEPOT DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR CONTENT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
IN NO EVENT WILL SERVICE DEPOT OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT SERVICE DEPOT HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Depot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and your access to and use of the Services shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. Any dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved solely and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. Upon any termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of the Services, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
